BOOKING

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit of $30 required. The deposit is applied to the total balance and the remaining balance will be due in CASH only. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once with the original deposit, anything after that will require a new deposit.

LATENESS

Are you running late? You are provided a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes there is a late fee of $15. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled resulting in a 75% cancellation fee. If I still decide to service you, for every 10 minutes you are late you will have to pay a $15 fee.

CANCELLATION

24 hours is given before the appointment time to cancel. Less than 24 hours results in a 75% cancellation fee. If funds aren’t available to charge the card, you’ll be banned from booking. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before appointment, will forfeit your deposit and require a new deposit.

THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Thank you for your interest in me to provide hair removal/ post treatment services. Please allow 3-4 weeks of hair growth for your wax appointment. It is recommended that a shower is taken along with exfoliating any areas that is going to be waxed. Please read through all correspondence thoroughly.
