Need to cancel your appointment? You are given 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel. Anything less than 2 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. If funds aren't available to charge the cancellation fee, you will be banned from booking. If you would still like to book an appointment you must pay the cancellation fee first. Any no call/no shows will be charged and banned from booking future appointments.
