Need to cancel your appointment? You are given 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel. Anything less than 24 hours will result in a 75% cancellation fee. If funds aren't available to charge the cancellation fee, you will be banned from booking. If you need to reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours of the original appointment time, you will lose out on your original deposit and you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. Any no call/no show will be charged and banned from booking
